The virtual programme was presented by a team of experts and knowledgeable professionals from the news website (Sharjah 24) and the well-known "Majid" children's magazine .
Tariq Saeed Allay, Director of Sharjah Government Media Bureau, emphasised the SGMB's commitment to continuing its goals and programmes in support of the UAE's efforts to consolidate awareness and media culture, as well as developing media empowerment programmes for future generations to prepare qualified citizen to lead future media and contribute to the evolution of media movement in a way that reflects the country's advancement and vision.
The programme included interactive workshops and training on the proper handling of social media platforms that cover all stages of the written and visual content, from content maker’s ethics to idea and implementation to evaluation. The sessions and workshops also addressed content creation techniques and included virtual field tours in press and media facilities.
The Sharjah Press Club is always willing to disseminate and consolidate journalistic and media concepts, and to present them through social media or events and programmes that it hosts throughout the year.
